“Me and My Addiction” by Stewart Lee

Stewart was at Amber’s Devon centre in 2008. Since moving on, he has been on an incredible journey and has had some ups and downs. He has worked in various sectors including financial services and is now working in mental health and addiction support. Ever since he left Amber, he has stayed clean of drugs and 10 years ago, he quit alcohol.
This year he is publishing his first book, which he has called “Me and My Addiction”. Stewart hopes that by sharing stories from his life he can help others recognise addiction and make a start on a recovery journey like he has.
The book will be available on Amazon in May and in the meantime, you can keep up to date with Stewart on his Facebook group.
