Supported Housing Centre at Farm Place in Surrey

Farm Place in Surrey opened its doors in April 2010. Set in a superb parkland setting, Farm Place provides supported housing and facilities for young adults to rebuild their lives away from the pressures of their previous environment.

Just a short distance from the railway station and local amenities, Farm Place accommodates up to 30 young adults in shared bedrooms.

At Farm Place young adults work in teams under the guidance of Team Leaders and take part in community projects, leadership courses, personal fitness and outdoor activities. They participate in art, drama, music, sport and many other enjoyable activities that fill their days and evenings with positive confidence-building experiences.

We place a lot of emphasis on employment readiness and have great links with local companies including Weinerberger brick makers, Ringway Highway Maintenance and a local cut flower farm.
