Amber is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people in its care. As an employer, Amber expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

Volunteers

“My interaction as a volunteer gave me an overwhelming sense of comradeship and it was like one huge family atmosphere, where we all helped one another. What impressed me the most was the sense of self-worth the youngsters achieved through carrying out all of the daily tasks themselves in the day-to-day running of the Foundation: ranging from cooking and cleaning to maintenance and reciprocal coaching”. – Kevin Green, Secret Millionaire

Volunteers add great value to the lives of Amber’s young people and provide valuable additional support to our staff. There are lots of ways you can volunteer and we will spend time talking with you to see how your skills, knowledge and experience will fit into life at Amber.

If you are able to help with any of the following we would love to hear from you:
